We understand that even though we do our best to describe a scent, every once in a while your nose may disagree with a scent. Please remember scent can change while burning. But if you don't care for the scent at all, we offer exchanges only under the following conditions: |
| * Exchange request must be made within 3 days of package
arrival * You must have approval of exchanging items. * Shipping charges both ways are at your expense. Simply E-mail us at info@bellodorecandle.com and tell us what scent you would would like to exchange and which scent you would like to exchange it for. * Each item must arrive back in ORIGINAL UNBURNED condition. * Your new item is for the same price as original and not a new sale price |
| Samples
We are sorry but we cannot offer samples at this time. Here is why: We pride ourselves in offering an affordable highly scented candle. The cost for us in making the candle is quite high due to the high cost of the fragrance oil, the most expensive ingredient of the candle and that we make it so highly scented. Therefore we have to keep our costs down in other areas in order to keep the cost down for the customer. |

| SHIPPING We strive to use the most cost effective shipping option available and DO NOT charge a handling fee to keep your costs down. We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS as our shipping carriers and choose whichever carrier will be less expensive for our customers. |
